Pellet mill rotary dryer is to reduce or minimize the moisture content of the material it is handling by bringing it into direct contact with a heated gas. It is made up of a big rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by concrete columns or steel frame. The inclination of rotary dryer is slight, so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end, thus make sure the material through the dryer under gravity.

The complete drying system of our pellet mill machine includes rotary dryer, screw feeder, cyclone, air lock, air fan, etc. Rotary dryer features:
1. Can be specially design to customer's material specifications and process technical parameters.
2. Manufactured for different heating systems and materials of construction.
3. Can be supplied with or without auxiliary equipment as a base frame supported assembly.
