Our 550 flat die model pellet mill produces one ton of pellets per hour. Despite being a single machine, it performs multiple steps in the pellet making process to include crushing, drying, pelletization, sieving and packaging. The electrical control panel shows the operational status of every station of the machine. Our large pellet mills were designed, based on their level of output, to have a compact structure, low levels of energy consumption, and for reliability. All large models can be modified to meet every customers' requirements, with professional technicians available to guide the installation process.
