Adjustment of the Gap Between the Die and Roll of the Pellet Making Machine:

The gap between compressing roll and die of the pellet making machine will influence the granulating effect and quality. It is usually between 0.05-0.3mm. If it goes over 0.3mm, the material layer will be too thick and distribution will be nonuniform. So it is bad for pelletizing quality. If the gap goes below 0.05mm,pellet making machine will be badly worn. The adjustment method: usually set the standard by adjusting the pressing roll until it can twirl or not when starting the machine or when throwing the material into the pellet making machine by hand. You can't hear voices when using the pressing roll and die.

Adjustment method: Adjust screw by hex wrench. Note both of the screws should be adjusted evenly in turn.
