Originated from 1992, Gemco Energy Machinery Co.,Ltd deals principally in manufacture and exportation of complete plants and equipments related on biomass renewable energy. We are continuously in pursuit of various utilization of biomass renewable energy.

Biomass renewable energymachine includes oil press/oil expeller, screw oil press, wood pellet mill, biomass briquetting machine,flour mill machinery, and so on.

With wide business scope, we have various biomass renewable energy products. Except that, we also deal with general products such as lychee peeling machine, fiter pressand other food processing machines in China. Our main proudcts, pls see the following:

Small Pellet Mill -The ZLSP series of plane grinding small pellet mill can process the oil cake and other mixed waste material to pellet at one time. And this pellet mill is columned granule feed and have slippery firm. During the process of producing granule, the temperature can almost reach 70—80 centigrade. Our pellet press can make fecula into paste.

Wood Pellet Mill-Complete process design and equipment fabrication of complete biomass pellet mill for pellet stoves and boilers, feed milling machinery for poultry or cattle and auxiliary machines such as hammermill, crusher, mixer, rotary dryer etc.

Oil Press-Complete vegetable oil milling plants for edible oil or biodiesel processing. We undertake pre-treatment, pressing, solvent extraction, oil refining and the auxiliary projects. Except oil plants, small oil presses is our best selling product with advanced screw oil press technolgoy.

Biomass Briquetting Machines-To use biomass renewable energy from waste sawdust and other biomass material, we developed technology of screw press in biomass briquetting. We developed kinds of biomass briquetting presses for different size and shaped required by clients.

Peanut Machines -Peanut is widely used in fresh food & food processing field and China has quarter production capacity of the world's total production. Our peanut machinery has been exported to the some Africa countries such as Malawi, Mali & southeast asia area. The dominating product are peanut sheller, peanut peeler, peanut grader, peanut grinder, peanut roaster and peanut fryer.
