(1). Raw material
Crush raw materials such as corn residue, cotton seeds waste, soybean waste. 95% can get through 60 meshes, no block.
(2). High efficiency
The production efficiency of wood & feed hammermill adopt the top technology in the world. With vibrating screen, the efficiency of hammermill could increase from 20% to 300%.
By our experiment, use 75Kw wood & feed hammermill with impulse fan 5.5Kw and mesh diameter 1.2mm, for corn material, capacity can reach 6 t/h. The final degree of fineness can get through 24 meshes (0.85mm) to 98%, 65 meshes to 80%, 80 meshes to 49% .
(3). Auxiliary facilities
The auxiliary facilities use the common model the same as ordinary water drip hammermill. No need to change power, very easy to update the old machine for most of users.
(4). Excellent Performance
The working condition of SFSP-series wood & feed hammermill is stable and reliable. Vibrator, elastomer, screen can be replaced conveniently no need to open the machine.
