Now more and more people come to make wood pellet and wood briquette together.AGICO has designed one line to meet our customers.

The line includes main machines: crusher, dryer, allocate conveyor, wood pellet mill, briquette machine, cooler and packing machine. Firstly, the raw materials go to crusher and dryer to meet the suitable size and moisture for making wood pellet or wood briquette. Then allocate conveyor divided them into two ways: wood briquetting line or pelletizing line.

Flow Chart:

For wood pellet mill, the best result is to control the moisture of raw material 14-18%, and for briquette machine, the best result is to control the moisture 8-12%. So during the process, you need adjust the temperature of dryer.

The following photo is the products which made from wood pellet mill and briquette machine. The size of wood pellet is 6mm and size of wood briquette is 35mm diameter.
